0. This license defines terms and conditions for use of DDACS version 2.0 Free Edition.
The term "DDACS" (TM) refers to full original package. DDACS is copyright (c) Daniel Drubin, 2011-2017. All rights reserved. You (either an individual or a single entity) are not required to sign an agreement or otherwise acknowledge your use of DDACS. However your use of DDACS must fully comply to this license; any misuse automatically terminates this license and revokes from you any right to further use it. You have no other rights on DDACS except for non-exclusive rights explicitly listed here.

1. COPYING. You may make an unlimited number of unmodified or modified copies for your own use.

2. DISTRIBUTION. You may redistribute DDACS 2.0 Free Edition in an unmodified form

3. TERMS OF USE. You may install and use DDACS 2.0 on any number of computers.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. In no event, except for when it is explicitly stated by the applicabe law, shall Daniel Drubin be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (including but not limited to profit loss, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use DDACS, even if he has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. SUPPORT AND UPDATES. DDACS 2.0 Free Edition is not provided with support. When updates to DDACS 2.0 Free Edition are available, they may be installed or redistributed under the same terms as original package
